Honor of Active People in the society is the Honor of Rotary. Ro. DGND Nitin Dhamale Rotary today works for the grassroots of society around the world. Rotary District 3131 Provincial Governor DGND Rotarian for the year 2026-27 asserted that it is a matter of great pride for Rotary workers like us who work for the grassroots of society like us. He was speaking as the chief guest at the Zonal Vocational Award ceremony of Rotary District 3131. Vocational Director of Rotary District 3131 Ro. Vasantrao Malunjkar, Co Director of Vocational Rtn. Shirish Puranik, Zonal Director Prof. Dr. Ajay Darekar, Rtn. Prakash Kumar Sutar, Assistant Governor. Prof. Dr. Hanmantrao Patil, Rtn. Nitin Doshi, Rtn. Ganesh Kalbhor, Rtn. Archana Gojamgunde, President of Rotary Club of Kurkumbh Mr. Rtn. Shashikant Patil, Secretary Mr. Rtn. Satish Mache, Honoree Mr. Prof. Nanasaheb Bhapkar and other Dignitaries were present. In his speech, Nitin Dhamale further said that this year's Vocational Team of Rotary should be commended for organizing such a zonal award ceremony to bring together those working in different fields in the society at the same time. An organization like Rotary working at the international level, Prof. Mr. Nanasaheb Bhapkar's work has been honored, but working alone requires a lot of money and hard work, on the contrary, if many such people working for the society come together, the work for the society can take a bigger form and we can be successful in our work quickly. Rotary International started a worldwide Polio eradication movement and as a result Polio has been eradicated from the world today. Rotary works on many issues like Education, Health, Women Empowerment, Environment. Rotary members contribute money for this work from their own pockets. These works are not created through any scheme of the Government. All members of Rotary around the world work with a single sense of dedication that we owe to society. Caste, religion, creed, region, gender, poor rich in Rotary is in matter. Rtn. Nitin Dhamale expressed the opinion that we Rotary members are rightly proud that there are no country differences. For Honoring you on this occasion, the awardee Prof. Mr. Nanasaheb Bhapkar expressed his thoughts. At the beginning of the program Rtn. Shirish Puranik introduced the Programme. Vocational Director Rtn.Mr. Vasantrao Malunjkar informed the audience about Zonal Vocational Award. The program was anchored by Rtn.. Harshada Bavankar. Rotary Club of Kurkumbh MIDC and eleven other clubs made special efforts to make the program a success.
